From the steps of campus to the sets of Hollywood, Susan Rovner ’91, P’23 is now leading one of the country’s largest entertainment companies. After graduating from Barnard, Rovner took a leap of faith and moved to Los Angeles. Since her first job as an assistant, she has thrived, going on to become a leading figure in the TV industry. Now after more than two decades of creating some of America’s favorite shows — such as “One Tree Hill” and “Riverdale” — Rovner is hitting the ground running in her new role as chairman of entertainment content for NBCUniversal Television and Streaming.
