Abstract: Tracking aging in humans is preferably done using different measurements and in longitudinal settings. In our observational studies, we have investigated how different biomarkers relate to each other over time, and how they associate to diseases and drug treatments. Using large data sets including genotypes and Swedish national registers, we apply causal inference methods to provide stronger causal evidence.
