Caribbean Dance Fitness
This program will be held in person at Harlem Library
Caribbean Dance Fitness is a creative workout that fuses dance and aerobics. The goal is to improve cardio fitness while having fun and getting a full body workout! This class is taught to music with easy-to-follow steps that will surely get your heart pumping!
Program dates: Weekly on Tuesdays from 6-6:45 PM, beginning April 17, 2024
Participants must sign a liability waiver to participate in the classes.
