Culture on the Corner: Manhattanville: Old Heart of West Harlem

Welcome to Culture on the Corner, an exciting new event series at The Forum. This initiative aims to celebrate and explore the vibrant tapestry of our neighborhood culture in creative ways. We hope to offer a nook where people can forge new connections, foster deeper understandings, and discover the diverse heritage that makes Manhattanville unique.

On October 5th, we will embark on a journey through Manhattanville with independent historian and author Eric K. Washington. Eric will guide us as he reconnects forgotten history to present landscapes. Each participant will take home their very own map of Manhattanville to use for their own exploration. Whether you’re a neighbor, a visitor, or simply curious about learning something new, all are welcome!
