“Environmental Pollution and Health of Population in India: Evidence from large scale data” — a hybrid seminar by Hamied Faculty Fellow Aparajita Chattopadhyay, PhD, Professor Department of Population and Development, Associate Head, Centre of Demography of Gender, International Institute for Population Sciences. This seminar is presented in the Environmental Health Sciences Department’s Climate and Health Seminar Series.
The talk aims to shed light on environmental issues — mainly air- and water-related pollution — in India and their linkages with health. It will highlight the recently published as well as ongoing research, followed by possible collaborative work opportunities based on large scale public domain data.
