Guided Meditation: Loving-Kindness for Your Mind, Your Body, and our Planet.
Join Arielle Limberis MA ’22, RYT 500, for an hour of quiet breath-work and mindful reflection as we (Re)Unite together on campus. We will first learn and practice a yogic tradition of controlling the breath called pranayama. This all-levels breathwork will open our minds and hearts to a quiet space of reflection and expansion. Together, we will embark on a guided loving-kindness meditative journey through our Mind, Body, and Planet. Whether you meditate daily or are a complete beginner, this class will be enjoyable for all.
