Harlem School of the Arts Presents Matilda: The Musical

Our Musical Theater students are excited to present “Matilda the Musical,” a stage musical based on the 1988 children’s novel of the same name by Roald Dahl. The musical centers around Matilda, a precocious 5-year-old girl with a love for reading, the superpower of telekinesis, and the ability to overcome a number of school and family-related obstacles that come her way. This production will be directed by HSA Teaching Artists Amanda McDowall and Latrisa Harper, with accompaniment by HSA Teaching Artist Dan Pardo. Don’t delay, make sure you get your tickets for one of the 4 shows, happening April 28-30.
