While cooking together, we will talk about ways to make healthy food choices and grow closer with our loved ones through mealtime bonding. We will explore how cooking together and sharing meals can help build healthy relationships with food and with each other. Favorite recipes and top tips to engage in building connections and healthy eating will be shared. Each participant will make their own culinary creation to enjoy!
