Latina Leaders Summit NYC | Cumbre de Líderes Latinas

The National Dominican Women Caucus (NDWC) invites you to join us at The Latina Leaders Summit in New York City during the 2023 Women’s History Month March 17, 18 & 19, 2023. A timely occasion for Women in this March 2023, Women’s History Month in the United States, to take concrete actions around the central themes of this summit: our physical and mental health, our education from elementary school to college, and affordable housing.

NDWC is a not-for-profit organization founded in February 2000 in the state of New York. The NDWC’s mission is to educate, empower, and ensure the equitable participation of Latina women in the United States. The NDWC seeks to improve Dominican and Latina women’s lives in the United States by conducting data and policy analysis, research, and education.

The agenda will include:
Friday, March 17th from 6 pm to 9 pm – Opening Reception

Saturday, March 18th from 9 am to 6 pm – Panelists presentations

Sunday, March 19th from 9 am to 1 pm – Community organizing training, table work to make a community action plan, and closure of the Summit recognizing three extraordinary women from our communities.
