Meditation for Inner Peace During Turbulent Times with Dr. Frank Pawlowski
We are living in a time that feels often confusing and stressful. People are more anxious and there is often a struggle to find ways to stay positive and true to our inner core. Incorporating meditation in our lives can be the change that can make a big difference in our lives and the lives of others. Frank Pawlowski Ed.D. was an Assistant Superintendent of Business and Finance, now retired from a New York State Public School District. He also filled the role of an Adjunct Professor of School Administration in the Graduate School of Education at Iona College. He has been a practitioner of meditation since 1972 and since 2004 he has been giving workshops on the benefits of meditation.
