2nd Annual Olmsted Earth Day Celebration / Morningside Park at 114th Street and Morningside Avenue
Frederick Law Olmsted, the father of landscape architecture and co-designer of Morningside Park (with Calvert Vaux) believed in “parks for all people”! Come celebrate his birthday, our park and Earth Day at Morningside Park with walking tours, horses, art, giveaways, clean ups & more. We will also be celebrating the unveiling of the new southern end below 114th coming very soon!

Harlem Youth Gardeners weed and clean Kiel Arboretum at 116th
Eagle Scout Troop clean up at goat path from 116th-122nd

Walking tour with Friends of Morningside Park (Farmers Market-Manhattan &110th.)

Come meet and pet the horses of the Urban Park Rangers Mounted Unit
