Reducing Anxiety Through Meditation

Life in today’s world is stressful.  People are anxious about their health, finances, relationships, safety, and work. Doctors and medical practitioners promote the benefits of meditation to relieve stress and anxiety.  By sitting in meditation, we can calm the body and the mind.  Once we connect to a place of happiness and peace within us, we experience reducing our anxiety. Meditation helps us replace anxiety with joy and peace.  Join Dr. Andrew Vidich, a long-time meditator, for this informative lecture.  There will even be a short meditation sitting.

BIO:

Dr. Andrew Vidich is an author, educator, international speaker, and gifted presenter. He has taught courses at both college and secondary levels and has authored several books on modern mysticism and healing. Dr. Vidich has been meditating for over 40 years.  His programs explore and demonstrate the latest and most astonishing discoveries about the effects of meditation.  In addition, Dr. Vidich offers workshops on meditation, personal transformation, spirituality, and healthy living and has been inspiring audiences throughout the country. Meditation is a very popular topic, and it seems that more and more people are looking for alternatives to reduce stress, improve one’s health and gain more peace within.

His programs on meditation include a presentation on the topic, meditation instructions, an actual meditation sitting, and questions and answers. Dr. Vidich generously offers these workshops as a service to the community free of charge.

The program will take place on Google Meet. Registration required.
