Social Resilience Workshop

Social Resilience Model (SRM) is a neuroscience-based approach to processing stress,
distress, and trauma designed by Dr. Laurie Leitch and Dr. Loree Sutton.

This SRM workshop teaches participants about the physiological processes of stress, distress,
and trauma and gives them skills to recognize and address moments of heightened stress. It is
based around the concept of social resilience or the “capacity of individuals and groups–family,
community, country, and enterprise–to be more generative during times of stability and to adapt,
reorganize, and grow in response to disruption.”

This workshop will be conducted by Osborne Association
