Summer Wellness for Teens with Harlem Wellness Center
Join our friends from Harlem Wellness Center for their Summer Wellness Program series. This weekly series of outdoor programs is custom designed to engage and inspire teens to live healthier and more powerful lives, and includes a variety of facilitators, creative activities, and a place of positivity and inclusivity. Discover how food, movement, nature, mindfulness, yoga, music, and play, are natural resources that can relax and strengthen the body and mind for greater wellbeing and performance. All young adults are welcome! Join us in this summer adventure.
We recommend you wear comfortable clothing and shoes for each program session, as we will be outside and movement will be encouraged, but not required. All materials and tools will be provided.
In the event of incliment weather, sessions will be held in the 3rd floor Community Room of Harlem Library.
