Text to Video: Creating Experimental Art with Generative AI

Led by AI artists Fabiola Larios and Moises Sanabria, participants will learn how to translate written words into experimental video art. The workshop will kick-off with an introduction to the concepts underlying Generative AI and its application in video making. Then, through a series of hands-on exercises and demonstrations, participants will learn how to use a text-to-image algorithm to transform written words into experimental videos. The workshop is designed to be accessible to beginners, so no prior experience in video making or programming is necessary. Be sure to bring your computer!
