U.S. Constitution Day: Affirmative Action in Admissions Struck Down: How Do We Move Forward?
Join us for a panel conversation to discuss the current state of higher education in light of the United States Supreme Court’s recent decision striking down race-conscious admissions in higher education. The conversation will include a review of SCOTUS decisions in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard and SFFA v. University of North Carolina. Moreover, the panel will discuss how the higher education community may and will continue to advocate for diverse student bodies.
The panel discussion will be Moderated by Janice S. Robinson, Esq. Vice President for Diversity and Community Affairs and Associate Professor of Higher Education.
