Join Mia Michelson-Bartlett, RYT-200 and the Manager of Visitor Services at the Cathedral, for another relaxing installment of Body and Soul: Yoga from the Cathedral. Take part in 60 minutes of virtual yoga and mindfulness meditation, recorded from inside the Cathedral’s grand architecture. This practice uses movement and breath to quiet the mind and connect with something beyond ourselves. It is friendly for yogis of all skill levels, and variations will be presented so that each participant can practice comfortably from home without specialized props.
