Tonight at 6pm, Body and Soul: Yoga from the Cathedral returns for another 60-minute practice of gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation. Led by Mia Michelson-Bartlett, RYT-200 and the Cathedral’s Manager of Visitor Services, this virtual practice uses movement and breath to quiet the mind and connect with something beyond ourselves. Friendly for yogis of all skill levels.
