This year, Columbia Community Service will distribute $300,000 in grants to 52 Harlem and Morningside Heights organizations that fight hunger, provide social services, and fill educational gaps for local youth in the areas of STEM, arts, and literacy. This year’s grantees include 5 first-time recipients, whose grants will support programs providing arts instruction in schools, housing and support for LGBTQ youth, and more.
