NYC Kidsfest is a free to the public 2 day festival that will be held in Morningside and Jackie Robinson Parks. The event is crammed with an eclectic line up of music, theater, dance storytelling and magic that will delight both kids and their parents.

Max Darwin earned the moniker The Amazing Max for his extraordinary skills as a magician and also for his ability to entertain adult audiences while keeping the little ones spellbound. This high-energy, interactive and all-around silly show is appropriate for audiences of all ages.

dance program designed especially for NYC Kidsfest with young audiences in mind.
Since opening its doors in 1996, Uptown Dance Academy has been considered the premiere dance school for urban youth interested in making dance their primary focus. Come watch dazzlingly talented students perform a show that combines ballet, tap, modern, jazz, acrobatics, hip hop and African dance. Workshop to follow for young participants.
Modern Day Interpretation of the classic 3 Little Pigs
Gordy, Perkey and Snoozy pigs have left the nest and must build houses of their own. One settles for a quick fix. The other, puts a little elbow grease into it. But only one takes the time to make a house that stands up to the persistence of a certain wolf. The Wolf may huff and puff, but this is one house he cannot blow down!
This comical folktale from the Dominican Republic tells the story of a simple, fun-loving young man who is crazy in love with a neighborhood girl. Our humerous, interactive puppet play integrates audiences into the story in order to help Pedro win the hand of his true love. ( In Spanish and English)
