Bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the magic of the movies under the stars at the 19th annual Central Park Conservancy Film Festival, a beloved summer tradition. Sponsored by EY, the 2019 Film Festival features a sci-fi classic, a beloved romantic comedy, and an acclaimed superhero movie. Films are free of charge; no tickets are required. On August 14, we will be showing Moonstruck (PG): A Brooklyn widow, engaged to a mama’s boy, falls in love with her fiancé’s brother.
Gates open at 6:30 pm. Films begin at dusk.
All movies are open captioned.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy the films, the following are not permitted: alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, chairs, video cameras, and tape recorders.
