Community Fitness: Yoga

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until December 17, 2020

Join BBS Masters student and certified yoga instructor Stefania Marchitelli (M.S. candidate, Communicative Sciences and Disorders) every Thursday evening at 7:30 PM ET for a 45 minute Vinyasa yoga class (cool down/meditation to follow).

No yoga mat? No problem! Grab a towel, blanket or simply head to a carpeted area of your home. All experience levels warmly welcome!
