Ilina Singh – Empowering Young People as Decision-Makers in Predictive Mental Health
October 19, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
From digital phenotyping to genetic tests for diverse psychiatric and neurological conditions, young people are increasingly engaged in decision-making about the value of predictive mental and cognitive health information. In this talk, Ilina Singh introduces novel tools designed to build capacity and agency in young people to empower them as decision-makers. Data collected using these tools sheds new light on young people’s values and preferences in relation to prediction in mental health and wellbeing.
