Student Senate presents Sleep Wellness. Numerous studies have shown that the average graduate student sleeps less than 8 hours a night. This event seeks to provide a relaxing virtual experience for TC students who are interested in optimizing their sleep time, getting more rest throughout their busy academic work weeks, and feeling more well-rested throughout the day.
This 45 minute workshop will offer a brief introduction to the healing power of sleep, as well as tools and tips for getting your best rest each night. Registration is required to attend.
