An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday, repeating until May 25, 2020

Mind Your Stress | Led by a licensed therapist, this workshop will teach skills to help cope with life challenges, increase understanding of anxiety and depression, as well as provide life-long tools to use when facing triggering situations.

The health and wellbeing of educators are at the heart of our priorities during this pandemic, and as teachers continue to go above and beyond, in an effort to provide their students with quality instruction, we cannot ignore the toll that these efforts have taken on their social and emotional wellness. It is for this reason that we are inviting educators from all walks of life to come together and “fill their cups” with wellness in the month of May.
In partnership with Success In Motion and Campus District-Charter Partnerships, we are offering FREE wellness to educators across the globe, for the entire month of May!
