An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday, repeating until November 30, 2020

Mindfulness Yoga | Deliberately mindful, measured movement can help you slow down and nurture your well-being. Let go of the stress as you are guided through a gentle and deeply relaxing Yoga sequence that will also increase flexibility. End with a guided meditation to deepen your relaxation and inner stillness.
