Virtual Cooking Masterclass

Please join us for a virtual interactive cooking masterclass and conversation with Ariane Daguin ’80, I-House Alumna, and the founder and CEO of D’Artagnan. A trained chef from a legendary French culinary family, Ariane will provide valuable tips that will allow you to impress your family and friends with one of her favorite recipes from the south of France: Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Truffle Sauce. Ariane will also discuss her career as a leader and pioneer in the farm-to-table movement, how to source sustainable meats, and life at International House in the late Seventies. Ariane will share her suggestions on the perfect side dishes and wine pairing that will complement the dish – You don’t want to miss this!

We encourage everyone to join us and cook along as we prepare this special Friday night meal! I-House is providing a free kit for all current Residents who register. If you would like to cook with us, you may purchase the below ingredients from D’Artagnan 

Please note: To ensure delivery by Thursday, December 10th, orders must be placed by Monday, December 7th.

  • 1 Slicing Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Metal Tong or Spatula
  • 1 Spoon
