Stress Management: Create a Practice that Works for YOU

The past few months have been new territory for all of us. We are navigating how to work from home, manage/lead teams in a remote environment, care for our families, and stay connected to our communities. Many times we forget that we need to take care of ourselves first in order to do all those other things successfully.

In this seminar, TC alumna, Stephanie Simpson (M.A. ’19) will discuss the physical, psychological, and physiological effects of stress, the positive and negative effects of stress, the relationship between stress and peak performance, and will introduce several stress management tools. Participants will then be empowered to create their own stress management practice that can be integrated into their daily routines.
