All Are Welcome Here is an outdoor banner campaign sponsored by academic, religious, and cultural institutions in Morningside Heights. We celebrate our inclusive community by our commitment to diversity and friendly, safe environments for all.

Barnard College

Since its founding in 1889, Barnard has been a distinguished leader in higher education, offering a rigorous liberal arts foundation to young women whose curiosity, drive, and exuberance set them apart. Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine is the Cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of New York. It is chartered as a house of prayer for all people and a unifying center of intellectual light and leadership.

Columbia University

Columbia University is one of the world's most important centers of research and at the same time a distinctive and distinguished learning environment for undergraduates and graduate students in many scholarly and professional fields. The University recognizes the importance of its location in New York City and seeks to link its research and teaching to the vast resources of a great metropolis. It seeks to attract a diverse and international faculty and student body, to support research and teaching on global issues, and to create academic relationships with many countries and regions. It expects all areas of the University to advance knowledge and learning at the highest level and to convey the products of its efforts to the world.

Corpus Christi

Corpus Christi Church is a Catholic parish established in 1906 and home to a diverse congregation, elementary school, and the International Thomas Merton Society (the famous theologian worshipped here). Its parish priest is concurrently the Catholic chaplain at the nearby Columbia University. Although the classical exterior of the church is not prepossessing, the interior is widely admired. Music Before 1800 performs their popular series here.

General Grant Houses

General Grant Houses is home to more than 1,400 Morningside Heights families.  A part of the New York City Housing Authority, the Houses span 15 acres and consist of nine buildings.

The Interchurch Center

The Interchurch Center is the home of over 70 organizations which represent community development, educational initiatives and inter-cultural and religious exchange.

International House

We challenge our residents to become the next generation of global leaders by building lifelong qualities of respect, empathy and moral courage as members of a diverse and inclusive lifelong community. I-House inspires global connections that last a lifetime.

The Jewish Theological Seminary

At JTS, we turn Jewish scholarship into transformative action and leadership. We launch the organizations that engage others in Jewish life, write the textbooks others learn from, and graduate leaders who become a new creative force for positive change in their careers and communities.

Manhattan School of Music

Manhattan School of Music is an internationally renowned independent conservatory offering a wide range of degree programs in classical music, jazz, and musical theatre; our more than 960 students come from more than 50 countries and nearly all 50 states.

Mount Sinai St. Luke's

Mount Sinai St. Luke’s is a 523 bed hospital, serving as the leading health care provider for the areas of West Harlem and Morningside Heights since 1896. As a level 2 trauma center, St. Luke’s is the premier location for emergency services, trauma care, and surgery. St. Luke’s is also a leader in the Mount Sinai Health System and the greater New York City area for cardiology, cardiac surgery, and cardiovascular care. With a focus on population health, St. Luke’s continues to expand its commitment to community-based ambulatory care and access to primary and specialty care for their neighbors who face multiple social and economic challenges.
