We’re closing out Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month (#APAHM) with a conversation with local leaders and co-founders of @umasianalliance, Lilian Chow and Eva Chan!

The Alliance’s grassroots advocacy casts a wide net on issues including small business support, food insecurity, and public safety for the senior Asian community.

Tackling these issues is their main priority, but Lilian shares her excitement for future cross-cultural events where “residents could barbecue, share each other’s favorite dishes, and partake in raffles—just enjoy each other’s company.”
