Nature Explorers – “Bee” My Friend!

Conservancy staff and special guests lead arts and crafts, storytelling, and nature-focused workshops for kids.

“Bee My Friend!” is an engaging and educational event designed to raise awareness about the crucial role bees play in our ecosystem. Through expert talks, hands-on workshops, and live demonstrations, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the lifecycle of a bee, anatomy, pollination, and sustainable practices that support native bee populations.

Summer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event, the event will be canceled. For weather updates, check nyc.gov/parks/soh 2 hours before the event.
