“Manny’s Boogaloo Crew” is a LATIN FUNK Band Lead by Eusebio ‘MANNY’ Montanez. Manny is al Rumbero, born in west Harlem & raised in the Bronx. Growing up a few blocks from the Apollo Theater, then later cutting his teeth on the (Rumba) jam sessions in the Bronx, just around the corner from the Hunt’s Point Palace. Manny’s experiences reflect the music that captivated New York during the 60’s & 70’s. The Band lays down cool Afro-Cuban Rumba, laced with Funky R&B sounds, pushed by the Latin mellow of the Boogaloo groove.
