Celebrate July Fourth on the Hudson River

For the first time in over a decade, the Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks will be launched from barges along the Hudson River, lighting up the NYC Skyline and providing miles of prime viewing along the West Side of Manhattan. This year’s display will feature thousands of shells, an array of effects and vibrant colors, shapes, light and sounds. NYC Offering Close to 10,000 Pier Public Viewing Tickets

 

The City of New York is offering free tickets to the general public to view the Fourth of July Fireworks from Pier 45 in lower Manhattan or Pier 84 in Hell’s Kitchen. Each member of the public is limited to two tickets, and their guest’s name is required upon registration. Click here to view the ticketing website.

 More Details:

  1. Tickets will go live on Wednesday June 26 at 10:00am.
  2. Tickets will be released in batches; check back regularly to see if a new batch has been released.
  3. Tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
  4. There is a two-ticket limit.
  5. You may only reserve tickets for one pier.
  6. To receive tickets, you must enter your First and Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
  7. Children aged 2 and older require a ticket for entry.
  8. All rules and regulations as set by the NYPD must be followed when on the pier.
  9. There is a list of prohibited items (scroll down); you will not be allowed to bring any of these items into the viewing areas.

General Public Viewing is on a first come first service basis. Entry points open at 6pm. No ticket required.
