Trial innovation Network (TIN) 2024 Snapshot Lecture Series
The TIN Resource of the Irving Institute for Clinical and Translational Research. The purpose of the Irving Institute is to support all phases of clinical and translational science for the Columbia University research community. The TIN offers investigators the opportunity to request consultations and resources for multicenter clinical trials and studies.
Translational Science can be defined as “the field of investigation focused on understanding the scientific and operational principles underlying each step of the translational process.” Operational obstacles must be revealed and overcome to accelerate this process. The TIN’s “Snapshot” lectures attempt to explore some of these operational obstacles in this process.
