Columbia University Film Festival
This year marks our first ever hybrid festival, and we are thrilled to have you with us. CUFF will host in-person screenings and events in New York City and offer dozens of festival films online, available worldwide. This year promises to be a festival as global, creative, and inspiring as the Columbia MFA students whose work we showcase.
Join us for the virtual portion of the festival from May 5 to 16 where you can watch a selection of the 2022 films from the comfort of your own home. More details will be available soon.
All told, the festival slate will include:
-
The return of our signature in-person events, Awards Night (May 15) and Screenwriting Night (May 16).
-
42 in-competition short films, all screening for free at the Lenfest Center for the Arts. Most titles will also be available online.
-
17 out-of-competition short films from our 2021 virtual festival, also screening for free.
-
One VR project, available to experience at the Lenfest Center for the Arts.
From May 5-16, the Columbia Film community will come together to watch, network, laugh, and celebrate the very best of our program.
Below, you’ll find information about how to navigate your way throughout CUFF 2022.
