Education and the Election
As Election Day draws near, TC’s Office of the President, TC Votes and the Office of Alumni & Community Engagement invite you to join us at Education and the Election@Teachers College on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 6pm ET via Zoom. The TC Community will learn how the upcoming Presidential Election will impact the most pressing issues in education today.
Education and the Election will feature a panel of discussants across the political spectrum. Joining us as moderator is Liz Willen (Editor-in-Chief, The Hechinger Report) as well as discussants Jonathan Gyurko (Co-Founder and President, The Association of College and University Educators) and Ian Rowe (Fellow, American Enterprise Institute).
We at Teachers College know education plays a crucial role in a democratic society. Don’t miss this chance to learn more about how education is on the ballot this fall. Submit your questions for the panel here. We hope you join us!
