SHAWN WHITLEY, “Days Ahead” Leader, Electric Bass Guitar

Shawn is “at home” playing jazz or a funky groove. With his musical versatility, as a leader, he brings out the best in each member of the band as they present a memorable performance of various styles that, of course, includes Jazz! Come ready to dance – and YES he is also jazzmobile’s talented sound engineer!

JOEL DESROCHES, Keyboard

A national and international musician he is on the great lineage of the extraordinary melting pot of NYC’s finest musician. He has played with giants, including: Paquito D’ Rivera, Norman Connors, and Clark Terry!

LEROY ‘LEFTY’ THOMPSON, Drums

With the support of his family, Lefty began drumming at the age of 4. Now, a professional drummer, He is very highly regarded, and has played with many greats, such as – Stevie Wonder, Queen Esther, Common, and Wyclef Jean.

MONTE CROFT, Vibes, Vocals

Proficient in 7 instruments —drums, vibraphone, keyboards, harmonica, bass guitar, guitar, and voice, he has performed and recorded with Branford Marsalis, Valerie Simpson, Smokey Robinson and Jimmy Heath!

REGGIE WOODS, Sax

Reggie Woods is also an accomplished composer, arranger, and producer. He has performed and/or collaborated with many of music’s leading artists including, Stevie Wonder, Betty Carter, Billy Joel, and Jimmy Heath!

VIVIAN SESSOMS, Vocals
