We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Play Club at Harlem Library!

If you have a passion for theater—whether you enjoy acting, writing, or watching performances—this is the perfect opportunity.

Join us for monthly gatherings where we’ll read and discuss a variety of plays, explore different themes, and even engage in acting exercises. It’s a fantastic way to connect with fellow theater enthusiasts and dive deeper into the world of drama.

We will be meeting on May 27th.  We will read Fences by August Wilson with special guest, Ashley Thomas.  

Copies will be available for checkout at the Harlem Library, hosting this event in the Community Room on the third floor. Fences can also be located and checked from the Library of Performing Arts.

Space is limited, and Registration is recommended. Register with your email address. Walkups will be permitted as space allows.
