Ken Miles, Executive Director of the Penn Center for Inclusive Innovation and Technology, will discuss the importance of ensuring that the needs of one’s community inform the work of organization-led innovation.

Ken Miles is a strategist, producer, and network builder with over a decade of experience advancing equitable outcomes through creative partnerships and community engagement across the public and private sectors. Ken is currently the Executive Director at the Penn Center for Inclusive Innovation & Technology (PCIIT), a convening hub at Penn’s School of Social Policy & Practice. PCIIT brings together Philadelphians, practitioners, and researchers to redefine expertise, amplify local strengths, expand digital literacy, and reimagine an innovation ecosystem rooted in the well-being of communities. Ken previously served as a Trustee at Vassar College, and was a longstanding Manhattan (CB9) Community Board member.
