
Workshop in Sustainable Development Practice: Final Presentations
The student teams in SIPA’s Workshop in Sustainable Development Practice (the EPD Workshop) have been working this year on cutting-edge projects with twelve clients focusing on over twelve countries. This year’s projects support ESG and impact investing, sustainable development finance and inclusive insurance, health innovation, food security and humanitarian response, urban development, and youth engagement. On April 28 and April 29, the teams will present highlights of their work in person at SIPA and the workshop will also be live-streamed over Zoom.
Workshop clients, faculty advisors, members of the Columbia/SIPA community, SIPA alumni and the general public are warmly invited and encouraged to join any sessions of interest.
This event will be hosted in person (for CUID holders) and online. Registration is required to receive a Zoom link.
This year’s workshop clients include Dalberg Advisors, DAI Global, Hacey Health Initiative, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, Prime Minister’s Office of Mongolia, Tea Circle, Trickle Up, United Nations Development Programme, UN Habitat, United Nations Children’s Fund, United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Mongolia, and World Food Programme Regional Centre of Excellence against Hunger and Malnutrition.
