24-25 Lay Leadership Candidate Forum
2024-25 Lay Leadership Slate
This forum is an opportunity for you to get to know more about the 24-25 Lay Leadership candidates.
Location: TBD, Hybrid
The individuals listed below are presenting themselves for election to lay leadership in The Riverside Church. Lay leaders at Riverside Church are able to serve for two consecutive terms on a single body, adding up to no more than six consecutive years. The individuals listed below are grouped as “second-termers” and “first-termers.” Candidates are considered “first term” even if they have previously served on the body they are running for, so long as they have taken a break from that body for at least two years.
Candidates for lay leadership who sought to stand for a first term were fully reviewed by the nominating committee to discern their qualities and where they would be most needed in the church.
Candidates for lay leadership who sought to stand for a second term in the same body were exempted from the full nominating committee discernment process.
The candidates listed below are endorsed by the nominating committee for lay leadership in the church.
